The new LifeDojo blog is at your service

By Irene Malatesta Jan 9, 2015 5:31:00 PM

Hello and welcome to the first post on our brand new LifeDojo blog! We’ll keep it short and sweet, but we wanted to take a moment and introduce ourselves, our company, and what you can expect from this blog.

We are LifeDojo, a team of behavior scientists, designers, coders and wellness nuts who are passionate about doing corporate wellness right. We provide a new type of wellness platform for companies of all sizes. Using clinically-proven 12-week behavior change methods, our online platform engages employees in a structured journey of motivation, change-planning and daily action, resulting in healthy habit changes that last. We help companies inspire lasting behavior change in their employees, and real value in their bottom-lines.

Here at our new blog, you’ll find our take on health and wellness in the news; tips and trends within human resources; the science of motivation; our thoughts and findings about employee retention, engagement, happiness and health. We’ll update several times per month with studies from our research team, company news and press. We also have some special guest posts planned, from our founders and some of our behavior specialists. If we find a great fitness book, brain science documentary or other entertaining goodies worth sharing, we’ll pass those on, too.
